For people who take how they’re presented seriously.
I’m Sepo Dermar, creative director and co-founder of ELIT Productions. We’re a small Los Angeles film studio. Property and agent films are most of what we make, and the same approach travels to architecture, hospitality and development.
A house, a hotel, a restaurant, a building people walk past every day — the question is always the same: what is it like to be there? Every place answers it somehow: in the quality of the light and how it lands on the materials, in what the eye goes to first, in whether the space calls for stillness or movement. My job is to find the answer before anyone picks up a camera, and then to film it.
Your name stays on that film for as long as it exists, so it should read the way you’d want to be introduced.
That’s the whole philosophy. Video isn’t decoration. Video is presentation. And presentation is what people remember you by.
The hospitality collection is filming now.

Every frame has a reason to be there.
Agents, developers and designers who treat presentation as part of what they offer.
Mostly listing agents, teams and developers across Los Angeles, and increasingly beyond it — along with the architects and designers behind the buildings themselves. If a home is being staged, we’re used to planning around install day. If you’re bringing something significant to market, we’re the call to make early.

Let’s talk about your project.
Fifteen minutes, no charge, on whatever you’re planning. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
