Everything here comes from one plan. You book once, and the film, the vertical edits and the twilight session are designed together for that house — whether that takes one day on site or a few sessions for a larger production with models, cars, or a story running alongside the house.

Property film
Two to three minutes long. Delivered in landscape for the MLS, your website and listing presentations.
Vertical edits
Cut from the same footage for Instagram. Made to stop a thumb and still feel like the film.
Twilight
A golden hour and dusk session, for houses that become a different building after dark. Worth it for hillside, view and pool homes; we’ll tell you where it earns its place and where it doesn’t.

Agent intro film
Sixty to ninety seconds on who you are, how you work and who you work for. Made to live at the top of your site and in your listing pitch, so people arrive at the meeting already knowing you.
Community films
Short neighborhood pieces — the street, the coffee, the school run — that show you know the area as well as the comps.
Content retainer
A custom monthly retainer, built around what you actually need — shoot days and cuts on a set schedule, so there’s always something new between listings.
You make one call. We handle the rest.
Fifteen minutes. The property, the timeline, what you want the film to do. You’ll get an honest read on the spot.
A shot plan, timing around the light, and a music direction. You approve it; we lock the date.
Three hours to a full day, depending on the scope; larger productions take two or three sessions. Quiet, planned, a small crew. If the home is being staged, we schedule around install so the film shows the finished house.
Everything finished, optimized for each platform and ready to use. Turnaround: three to eight business days, depending on the scale and scope of the project. Revisions are included, and we’ll agree what that covers on the Vision Call.

What does it cost?
Property films start at $1,500. Every quote is per property, after a Vision Call, and the number you approve is the number you pay.

Turnaround is three to eight business days, depending on the scale and scope of the project. If the listing goes live sooner, say so on the call and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks is ideal. With less, tell us and we’ll be straight about what we can do well in the time.
Do you shoot photography?
We’re a film studio, so no. We work alongside your photographer and coordinate the day so everyone gets what they need.
Where do you film?
Los Angeles is home, and we film wherever the house is: greater Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and out of state. Travel is quoted per project.
Do I need to be on camera?
Only if you want to be. Property films are usually about the house alone, though a short on-camera introduction can be part of one. Agent films are the ones built around you.
